With the accelerated pace of life, and our expectations to fulfill the rapid demands of modern society-motherhood, career, home and social- we conduct through numerous maneuvers that load on our body and soul. Not providing ourselves with the possibility to unload the accumulated stress, it can elicits physical and emotional problems, such as fertility problems, migraines, irregular menstruation, menstrual pain, tension, mood swings, recurrent fluctuations associated with menopause, and more complex problems such as damage to the pelvic floor. Feminine Yoga is a responsive and attentive practice designed to integrate the ancient Yoga wisdom with the understanding of the unique way the female body works. The body which changes each month, which experiences change with every period in life, the body which gives life. The practice provides a feminine interpretation to the various postures, and to the deep insights which yoga offers for women on their different cycles of life: menstruation, pregnancy, birth, post natal and menopause.
The Feminine yoga path enables in- depths work on the pelvic floor area, which stores meaningful information about a woman’s life. Connecting to this deep muscles group, which stabilize and support the skeleton, creates strength and stability both physically and emotionally. The practice helps regulating the hormonal activity, allows it to work its best, relieves different symptoms that accompany us in everyday life, and friendlies with who we are on this stage on our life. It offers a break from the demanding race of life, and is designed for all women, at any age and at any physical condition.
