This allows you to slow down and to focus your attention on creating a healthy environment for your thriving baby, setting an intention to take care of both of you.This healing state encourages stress, fears and concerns you might be holding onto to dissolve, and you feel confident, energized and refreshed to sustain your beautiful pregnancy, grounded in a deep dimension of calm.
