The course prepared us mentally more than anything. We knew what to expect. We didn’t enter blind. It was also really cool to see the videos in class, to realize what birth could be like.

As well, I really enjoyed the meditations and physical exercises. We left the course feeling like we could do this on our own.

We were ready. I felt more prepared knowing that I did have tools and that I could birth naturally.
