Pregnancy is a time of change and growth and that includes your yoga practice. For women who have already been practicing yoga before becoming pregnant there can be many questions about what is safe, what is “allowed” and what to avoid. In this workshop we will move through a sequence of poses often found in a flow class, (Sun Salutations, standing poses, backbends, hip openers, forward folds, etc.) and explore modifications for the three trimesters of pregnancy. You will leave with a greater understanding of how to make your yoga practice work for you and your baby throughout your pregnancy.
This workshop is designed for pregnant women who practiced flow yoga before becoming pregnant.
