I am very happy I had the chance to make this course to prepare myself and my partner to the arrival of our little one.

I have learned a lot, not only about how to approach the “big day” in a calm and relaxing way, but also many things about the birthing process itself that I did not know. It is amazing how much “wrong” baggage we carry on when we think about what should be a “safe” and “fast” delivery, and how things ¨should go¨.The body, and nature in general, are very wise, and we should learn to listen to them and to understand what is going on exactly in our body, to be able to work in harmony with it instead of against it, driven by our own fears.

All what I have learned about the Hypnobirthing technique appears to me as very logical, and matches perfectly my own idea about life in general.

During the sessions we have gone through many aspects of the birthing process itself and how to implement diverse techniques to be relaxed and to stay positive during the whole process in order to provide to our baby with a comfortable and safe birth, and to make that moment something special for both mother and baby, and also partner. One of the best things of the course is also how your partner can have a very active role, not only during labor, but also helping you prepare for the moment, and how much can you bound in advance. The course provides you with all the necessary tools you would need to prepare yourself with your partner at home well in advance.

In this sense, our teacher Inbal, has been a great instructor and a huge inspiration, and seeing her with her amazing calm, social and cute baby has been a pleasure. She is very empathetic and listened to all our fears and concerns and helped us to go through them. We felt very supported and we are really looking forward to the day we will have have baby in our arms.
