DEPOSIT

A non-refundable deposit of € 475 of the total amount is required for your booking to be confirmed. This amount is applied to your total cost. If your booking is made within 120 days of the starting date then the additional 50% of your remaining balance is also due at the time of registration. If your booking is made within 90 days of the departure date, the full amount of the trip is due immediately following registration.

FULL PAYMENT

Upon receipt of your deposit, you will receive a registration form and an invoice for the balance. If have chosen to make payments, 50% of your balance is due 120 days prior to the start of the retreat and full payment is due 90 days prior to the start of the retreat. You may pay with a bank transfer made to the account NL37 INGB 0668 7148 32 on the name of Inbal Sigler. Please mention your full name along with “Summer in a Chateau 2018”.

LATE PAYMENTS

Isis HypnoBirthing & Yoga must pay to the tour operators in advance; therefore your full payment must be collected no later than 90 days in advance of the start of the retreat. If you do not pay in full in 90 days or more from retreat date, we will add € 100 payment fee to your invoice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel before more than 120 days prior to the retreat, payment received beyond the non-refundable deposit will be refunded. If you cancel less than 120 days prior to the start of the event, a refund of payment paid beyond the non-refundable deposit is only available if you can provide another person/s to fill your space.

Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays, or illness. If you cancel your participation in a retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy will apply, with no exceptions. We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances, but we have costs already incurred when reserving retreat centres and hotels. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in the case that your plans change. To insure yourself further, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.

IF Isis HypnoBirthing & Yoga CANCELS THE YOGA RETREAT

Isis HypnoBirthing & Yoga has never had to cancel a retreat, however, if we do cancel a retreat due to not enough participants, we will refund to you all deposits and payments you have paid. We cannot however compensate you for airfare or travel costs incurred. In the unlikely event that we must cancel a retreat due to weather, natural disaster war, political upheaval, or any other circumstance outside of our control, we cannot guarantee any refunds. To cover these risks, again, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

It is warmly recommended that each person purchase individual travel insurance for their trip. It can be a minimal expense for the benefits it provides. We suggest that you include the “cancel for any reason” option and a policy that includes medical coverage. The best way to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstance is to purchase trip insurance.

Travel insurance can protect you in case:

you cancel your participation in the weekend retreat

The event  is cancelled due to weather, natural disaster, political upheaval, war, or not enough participants to run the trip

lost baggage

medical expenses should you become ill or injured
