Inbal Sigler is a wonderful teacher, a very inspiring person and a beautiful mother.
I took her classes up to 34 weeks in my pregnancy and it made me feel strong confident and relaxed.
A lot of the things we talked about in class, and the poses and breathing we practiced were very useful to me when my delivery started. Her classes also helped me to stay focused and I had a wonderful birthing experience because of that.
